Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Feddy, an iOS creator companion operated by Iakov Pogosian in the United Arab Emirates for social account connection, posting streaks, widgets, subscriptions, and content idea tools.

Use of Feddy

You may use Feddy only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You are responsible for the social accounts you connect and for the content you publish on third-party platforms.

You may not use Feddy to access accounts you do not own or manage, bypass platform restrictions, scrape data, abuse APIs, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security, or use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Connected services

Feddy uses official login and API flows for supported platforms. Your use of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Apple, and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Platform APIs, permissions, quotas, review status, and data availability can change. Feddy may lose access to a feature or specific data if a platform changes its API, if your token expires, or if you disconnect access.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions handled by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Plans may include a 14-day free trial when shown in the App Store purchase sheet. Pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple Media Services terms.

Deleting your Feddy account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions from your Apple account subscriptions page.

AI ideas

AI-generated prompts and ideas are provided as creative assistance. You should review and edit any generated output before publishing. Feddy does not guarantee performance, reach, revenue, or social platform results.

Widgets, streaks, and reminders

Streaks, timers, widgets, Live Activities, and reminders are informational tools. They may be affected by platform API delays, device settings, time zones, network availability, or notification permissions.

Leaderboards

If you enable leaderboard visibility, Feddy may show your connected profile name, avatar, selected platform, and streak information in public rankings. You can disable this setting in the app.

Account deletion

You can request or start account deletion from the app or by contacting support. Account deletion may require a one-time email code to confirm account ownership. Account deletion removes Feddy account records and connected tokens from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, legal, and fraud-prevention retention needs.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops or as platform APIs and policies change.

Feddy is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feddy is not liable for lost profits, lost content performance, platform account actions, subscription store decisions, API outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
