If your email app does not open automatically, copy this address: support@content-pet.com. The app's Account > Support button can also prepare an email with your Support ID and subscription state.

What to include

Send your Support ID, signed-in email, subscription status, connected platform, device model, iOS version, and screenshots if helpful.

Account connections

We use official platform login flows. You can disconnect accounts in the app or revoke access in each platform's settings.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions and refunds are managed through your Apple App Store account. Use Restore purchases or Refresh subscription in the app before emailing us.

Data deletion

You can delete your account in the app with an email confirmation code, or email us from the address connected to your account.
