ContentPet helps creators connect official social accounts, track posting streaks, and generate content ideas. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, we may receive account identifiers, usernames, profile images, channel or profile metadata, access tokens, and recent post or video metadata such as publish dates and IDs. We use this information to show your connected account, calculate streaks, and sync recent posting activity.

We may also process app usage information, device and diagnostic data, subscription status, purchase identifiers, and support messages you send to us.

How we use information

We use data to provide account connection, streak tracking, widget status, AI idea features, subscription access, fraud prevention, debugging, customer support, and service security.

Google API disclosure

ContentPet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate ContentPet, such as hosting, analytics, authentication providers, social platform APIs, and subscription infrastructure. These providers may process data on our behalf according to their terms.

Data storage and security

OAuth tokens and connected account records are stored on our backend systems and are used only to operate the features you request. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can disconnect social accounts in the app. You can also revoke access from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or your Google account settings. To request deletion of ContentPet account data, contact us at support@content-pet.com.

Children

ContentPet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate.
